She’s been performing at weddings in the Chicago suburbs for over 15 years both as a soloist and as part of duos, trios, and quartets. The standard rate for solo violin for a wedding ceremony is $150, and Kate is happy, with appropriate notice, to work with event planners to select the appropriate music and ensemble to fit each client’s particular needs.
